Our restaurant will feature Mediterranean-inspired cuisine from Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Morocco, Turkey and Tunisia. We will source locally and regionally when able, and aspire for all our ingredients to be organic, ethically and sustainably farmed. We support minority and women-owned businesses. Our name is an Americanization of the Italian phrase pino alto, which means tall pine. This is a nod to our roots in the Pacific Northwest and North Shore regions, and our desire to continuously learn and grow. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our passion for delicious, high-quality, nourishing food with you!
